I cannot seem to find this in the documentation or forum but my hosting service gives me SQL Server, MySQL and PostGres and I have tried all three with no success. I create a database and then start the LimeSurvey installer. I put in the database info and then at one screen am told the database exists and do I want to populate the database now by creating the necessary tables. I select the Populate database button. I get quite a list of errors about populating a table and creating indexes. My database user has the appropriate permissions. The attached file is the error message I get.
