loged out when choosing css of js in template editor

loged out when choosing css of js in template editor was created by Ruif
When I am in the template editor everything is fine as long as I am editing pstpl files. However when I select a file in in the CSS/JS box I get the login screen and I have to login again. This only happens on the SSL secured production site, not on my local install.
