Is Limesurvey available for mac system? was created by Sudhir

Hi,

Can I download and install Limesurvey in mac? If yes, then how can i do it. I saw few links suggesting to download from bitnami.com, but i don't know whether it has all features available.

You can try the XAMPP package for OSX
You will need to adapt a few steps of the installation manual:

I cannot help any further since I only use and install Limesurvey on a server. I have no usecase for local installation.

Never worked with OSX, but it has a terminal right? If you can install a LAMP-server, then you can install LimeSurvey.

You have to install an external php/mysql package like mamp . (the free version will do the job).
BTW. for advanced users, OSX have its own build-in server package... Lots of articles about this are available on the web

Thank you all for your replies. The issue is solve. I have installed MAMP, and then placed the lime survey package into its file system. It is working. Once again thank you all for your replies.
