LimeSurvey forgot password email address?

I used the forgot password option to log-in, but I believe the email is being filtered as I'm not receiving it. What email address is used to by LimeSurvey to send forgotten passwords? I would like to add the address to my contact list to prevent it from getting filtered.

That would depend on the "Default site admin email" in your configuration settings.

Thanks. I ended up reinstalling. To clarify, I was asking what email address would be used to send me the forgotten password. I filtered the LimeSurvey domain to my contacts and still never received the email.

If you don't know the email address, no one will know it... ;-)

Your limesurvey installation would use the email address that you configured in the Limesurvey admin. So only the super-admin of an installation will really know.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
