I'm having some problems with limesurvey since two weeks, while I didn't change anything to it.
The problem is as follows: when people fill in the questionnaire sometimes clicking "next" gives an error that says not every question is answered. Technically speaking this is not an error, but part of the mechanics of limesurvey. However, the moment they click this error away, the whole questionnaire goes to the first page. This happens on several pages. Also, it happens when they actually did fill in all the questions.
Problem is: it only happens on some occasions. Some twenty people fill in the questionnaire daily, and one every two days get this error. What is going wrong here?
