I created an account a couple of days ago and created a survey on Lime Service. Today I tried to login to the admin panel (MYNAME.limequery.com/index.php/admin/authentication/sa/login) and entered my username and password and it wont let me access the survey (even though the details are correct). I thought maybe i forgot my password so I sent a reset and got sent an email with a new password - entered that and still no luck. Is this a bug? Who can I talk to about getting into my survey admin?

As this concerns LIMESERVICE and their servers, you should get in touch directly with them.

They have their own support, especially as this is more an account problem, which only they will be able to solve.

You can find the support email on their website, but it is actually quite easy to guess...
