I have a single SSL certificate for my website. Everything works correctly for both https://website/limesurvey/ and https:/website/limesurvey/ except the latter does not show the limesurvey logo on the front screen. Is there a known fix for this?

I tried to use the Comfort Update, but it failed to load.

Public : what template ?

If user template : think you put the logoi in http, not https ...

You can use {TEMPLATEURL} if logo is on template directory.

It is my first use of Limesurvey. I am using bluengrey template and have used it as installed. I will look and see what is there.

I started to update to the latest version just before you replied. I'll report back this afternoon.

A link can show it really more easy the issue ... bluengrey template don't have any logo inside.

The logo that did not show is the small limesurvey logo on the front page.

Yesterday I deleted and reloaded the latest version of Limesurvey (160204). I then could not see anything at https or www.windsurfer.me.uk/limesurvey/admin . There was nothing in the limited log files I have access to.

I could not find a php.ini as per the FAQs, so have contacted my web server host to check whether a php.ini that I cannot access exists, so I can check the variables and paths

I have just seen the new posts about version 2.5 problems, and will try the solutions over the week end. However, if the older FAQ tips still apply, I may need to apply those first.
