I am having similar problems on a fresh install - Ubuntu, PHP Version 5.6.6, mysqlnd 5.0.11 -

If I try and change the template, for example, and hit save the Save button (/index.php/admin/survey/sa/editlocalsettings/surveyid/134689#) it does nothing. None of the save options produces a result.

However, I can add questions, question groups etc. So seems particular to the general settings page.

Nada also in Edit survey text elements and settings

I am having limited success by clearing the browser cache each time before I go into a question to edit the details. However, if the question field is not showing this does not help this.

1st: trye to activate debug mode : www.limesurvey.org/manual/Debug_mode
2nd : look at you js console if you have error.

If you are on the last version : you can report bug with all information.
