Hi!

I just wanted to install the latest stable release (2.06plus-build160123) and I downloaded it from here: www.limesurvey.org/en/stable-release

After the installation, an update of the database happened, and the design seems very different. The footer says: "Version 2.5RC7 Build 160123". If I open the application/config/version.php file, it says that the version is indeed the 2.5RC7 one. Where is the 2.06 latest release?

No, you must have clicked on the update to the unstable release in the comfortupdate after the installation.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

it seems that the package has been build from a wrong branch.
