I've got a multiple choice question where I include an "other" option, but the survey behaviour is confusing me...

If someone tries to tick "other" it is not selected until some text is entered in the other text box. Once text has been entered in the "other" box, the tick box is selected.

Is there any way to ask the survey to tick the "other" tick box visually once that is selected before the user starts to enter any text in the box? It is confusing some users because they think that the "other" box has not been ticked and they don't get to the point of typing something in the box to see the survey add the tick then.

In SkeletonQSuest : i hide this other checkbox. It is not used ....
