One of my colleagues has been trying to upload a token table to a survey and has received the attached error message when doing so. Our IT team has found no error on her workstation so I was wondering whether anyone has experienced this before or knows how to resolve it?
We found that our token table included commas and question marks within it. I believe Lime identifies these as illegal characters (within Token Tables). Once these were removed the error message no longer appeared.
If you have an internal server error with bad character this is a bug and must be fixed.
We must filter string before try to import and send error.
