Active survey navigation not working

Active survey navigation not working was created by shivboy
Hi,

I have created a survey with 4 groups of questions. Intended navigation sequence of the survey is as under:
  1. Welcome Screen
  2. Group 1
  3. Group 2
  4. Group 3
  5. Group 4

However, when I click the "Next" button on the Welcome Screen, page refreshes itself. It does not move to the Group 1 page.

My first guess: the modified template. What happens when you switch to a standard template?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Hi holch,

Thanks for the quick response.

I changed the template to default. The survey is working. But, I have to use the customised template. What do you think that I could be doing wrong?

Hmmm, then obviously there is a problem with the custom template. It is very difficult to help with custom templates, because we don't really know them.
