I have two questions please:
1. We didn't install limesurvey on our server, as we decided to buy space from limesurvey's server. But it seems that every couple of steps, we are reminded to donwload it to our server. Do we have to? Can't we stay on Limesurvey's server and buy packages for more answers?
2. I am working on the template editor. it was going great last week. Today, I logged in to continue making changes on the template editor and I got this error:
Please change the directory permissions of the folder /limeservice/installations/2/beyondreformanddevelopment.limequery.com/userdata/tmp in order to preview templates
I can't view, modify or copy a template.
Any idea as to why? Since we don't have the folders - we only have the online interface.
Sorry for my lack of knowledge in HTML and server issues.
