Email Invites broken after 2.5RC2 update was created by d90
Limesurvey 2.5RC2, Ubunutu, SQL Server 2008R2.

Since I did the update using comfortupdate, when I try to send email invitation the page reloads to this:

Well, RC stands for "Release Candidate" and the Update notification also mentions that it is a "unstable" version.

I guess you have found the "unstable" part. ;-)

So there are some hickups to be expected with such a unstable version.

Please open a bug report and provide all information available.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Yeah i'm aware its a test version. I figured I'd post here first in case anyone else ran into this and had a workaround. It's sumbitted on the issue tracker.

:( Same here, I have updated and the email request is not working, neither the confort update. Any idea when it will work again? Do you recomend to install previous versión?

Al;ways only use an RC version for testing only.

The latest stable release can be found here:
www.limesurvey.org/en/downloads/category...atest-stable-release

Only use that one for production systems (that is: "real questionnaires").

yes. But still didn't pushed it to the repository.
If you need the fix quickly :

open the file application/views/admin/token/invite.php
find the line 96, and delete it :
github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/2....token/invite.php#l96
