I have a problem. After the 20th Oct mail from Lime Security Advisory about security issues, I try to update my Lime installation manually using the "quick way".

After the upgrade (that seem OK) when I try to access the admin page i catch the seguent error:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in /var/www/html/limesurvey/framework/i18n/gettext/CGettextMoFile.php on line 76
Strict Standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in /var/www/html/limesurvey/framework/i18n/gettext/CGettextMoFile.php on line 234

The last one repeated for hundred lines.

Any suggestion about this issue ??

Changing the bug level in config.php to 0 solved my problem. But I haven't understand if is this a workaround or a solution ??

What happen I if need to restore bug level up ??
