Having problems performing comfort update, have applied the patch "updater-131207.zip" now have a new error message
"Error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"
Do not feel real comfortable doing a manual update.
Any help would be appreciated
