I looked through the manual and forum...but couldn't find anything on this particular issue.
I need to take the number question that i have and add two radio buttons (or checkboxes) for exclusive "Not Sure" and "Refused" responses. Learning just how robust limesurvey is i'm sure that there is a way, but for a newbee like me it's difficult to find :S

Not 100% what you need, but if I understand correctly you probably want to use a predefined question (like the Yes/No questions) but would like to add other options ("Not sure", etc.)

If that is what you are after, you need not to use Yes/No questions, but a simple radio button question and add all the possible answers (Yes, No, Not sure, etc.) to it.

Let me know if I missed the point

This is not a part of Limesurvey question types. You would need to hack this, by moving a list:radiobutton question via CSS and Javascript to the position and then do the exlusivity (at least on the number field) via Javascript.

Something like below might also help.

#Maybe hide radio button on left of otherspecify via css.

Because other input:text force empty if you don't check "other".

Did u tried entering number? I guess requirement here is to have numeric box with radios.

Oh man, my fault... I just typed in anything and it disappeared.

With numbers it works great!

On my internal test installation...

If you need the example, I can see if it is actually there. Would need to see what it is about...
