Activate Survey - Survey table could not be created - Database error!! was created by tvanderzyl
We recently installed the latest version on a new server. I was able to upload surveys just fine. At first I was able to activate a survey, but now cannot and get this message

Activate Survey - Survey table could not be created - Database error!!

Hi,

Best is to activate debug mode and see what happen : www.limesurvey.org/manual/Debug_mode
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
