Hi there! I'm having this issue that I cannot explain. I thought I could use each token code generated as the primary key of every case in my DataBase.
Today I was merging the results of a survey I send every month, and I found out that many token codes were duplicated, appearing twice, one in the survey I took in April (i.e.) and then in the survey I took in May.
This is kinda weird to me, having in consideration tokens are generated by random combination of 15 characters... how is this even possible?
Can anyone help me solving this problem?
Well, I assume that tokens are supposed to be unique within the token table of one survey. For the next survey the tokens could be the same. So while it should not be very common, given the 15 digits, it is also not that incommon.
The question is what does "many token codes" mean and within what sample.
