I am not aware of any option like this. If you don't have a backup of the survey or the database I don't see a chance.

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
