When I choose in the global settings the mode "HTML Editor (default)" nothing appears.
And if I choose "HTML Editor in a popup", when clicking on the pencil right to the question that I want to edit, I obtain the following error message:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /limesurvey/index.php/admin/htmleditor_pop/sa/index/name/question_fr/text/[Question :](fr)/type/question-text/action/editquestion/sid/934214/gid/1/qid/1/lang/fr on this server."
But I have given the permissions that are mentioned in the manual...
