Hello, I have just installed limesurvey Version 2.06+ Build 150729 on www.healthyandfree.cz/limesurvey...here are specification of webhosting server and PHP: adele.gransy.com/info.php . Everything worked well, except I can not activate any survey. When i click the red button,, nothing changed and there is still blank page and survey is not activated, please see the attachement. Please can you help?

you write that you clicked the red button. What happens if you click the green triangle next to it. This should start the survey.

It is weird, phpinfo looks good, the screenshot doesn't provide any clue for an error.

This calls directly the activation of your survey.

PS: I wouldn't give anyone a login to my limesurvey not even a temmporary password.

There should show something like this, when you click on the little green arrow:



You need then save/active the survey.

yes, on different hosting, different limesurvey installation same version (Verze 2.06+ Build 150629), i can see this screen, when i activate the survey, but here is just the blank screen instead.

maybe should i try to reinstall limesurvey? could it be something that i miss, made wrong, during the instalaltion?

Look at your javascript console if you have error. Maybe a 404 or 403.

Did you already try it with another browser?

Were there any error messages? How did you install limesurvey? Sometimes the FTP program doesn't upload all files.

First I would try to empty the cache of my browser and try to load again.

One other thing: What are the user rights of the user you are logged in with?

And I agree with Steve, don't give your login data to anyone on the forum. Most are good guys, but you don't know who you are exactly dealing with.
