yes, on different hosting, different limesurvey installation same version (Verze 2.06+ Build 150629), i can see this screen, when i activate the survey, but here is just the blank screen instead.

maybe should i try to reinstall limesurvey? could it be something that i miss, made wrong, during the instalaltion?

Look at your javascript console if you have error. Maybe a 404 or 403.
