My site is hosted by GoDaddy. Using their Installatron system I installed LimeSurvey Version 2.06+ Build 150629 accepting all default values except for the installation folder.

The installation was successful; there were no errors/warnings etc. I can successfully login as an administrator. I can see the welcome message which instructs me to click the "+" button to create my first survey.

The problem is that the "+" button does not exist. According to the manual, there should be a toolbar full of options, but there aren't. If I go into the User administration screen, I can't add any users either. It seems that I don't have administrator privileges and therefore see no options.

I have contacted GoDaddy and they implied the problem is in the application and to check here. Any assistance would be very appreciated. Thank you.

I am having the same problem with an installation on a FastHosts account.

It's the godaddy installation system : it's broken.

You have an account, but no right here.
