On the server, I keep gettting session expired when you tried to launch the question part even tho just to check the question format.
What I found out that limesurvey didnt write a session file to the /var/lib/php/session.
using a simple php sctip to check it if can write a session, it passned and it wrote the session file to that directory, but limesurvey can't
What is the permission that need to be set or change? since the directory tested is 777, but the session file while using the php script was created under a different user (user|users) instead apache|apache

Server issue, we don't touch of Session system.

Session is created by the user set on your server (virtual host, maybe suphp or anything else ..)
