I have just download the responsive survey template from github, but this is showing the following error"

if I install your template I got the message that a the file "startpage.pstpl" is missing and the placeholder {TEMPLATEJS} couldn´t add.

It is more a warning than a installation error.
I haven't got any deeper understanding of the upgrade routine so the coder of the Limesurvey team might can help here.

But ensure to make clear which template you are using.
ResponsiveLime? Responsive in a technical way are a few more templates.

HI, if you downloaded the responsive temple from github.com/toolsforresearch/tfr_responsive , please be aware that this is for uploading through FTP only.

If you want to upload via the template editor, please use the version that can be downloaded from:
www.toolsforresearch.com/limesurvey-responsive-template

We will release a new version this week, in which you can also add your own css and js in the template editor. At this moment that is not possible.
