ckEditor Not Appearing After Upgrade

ckEditor Not Appearing After Upgrade was created by Mike1985_2
I have just upgraded from 1.90 to 2.05.

One problem I am having is that I cannot get ckEditor to appear when creating/editing surveys etc.

Here is my config-defauls.php code

$config['sCKEditorURL']            = $config['third_party'].'ckeditor';
//$config['sCKEditorURL']            = '/scripts/admin/ckeditor.36';

I have also tried changing this to = '/scripts/admin/ckeditor-config.js' but with no luck. The source code has plenty of references to 'ckeditor' so it's like it's loading... but not loading. Any hints on what the problem could be?

Fixed this!

AllowOverride All on the top level dir needs to be set.
