Hi, I'am using LimeService as webserver and I'm trying to create a survey with LimeSurvey. I want to put images into the questions but an error appears: Cannot write to upload folder. /limeservice/installations/3/indagine-preferenze.limequery.com/userdata/upload/surveys/813973

Is it a problem of permission? How can I solve it?
Please speak in an easy way, I'm a beginner!

This is no support forum for LimeService. This is only about the software itself.

The error message looks like a permission problem. If you can only access this upload space via Limeservice installation of Limesurvey I don't see a way to correct this problem on your own. You will have to contact the support of Limeservice. Sorry.
