Hello,

I am getting a blank page after submitting, some times i get a 404 error.

I tried the survey in demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=survey/i...64/lang/pt/newtest/Y
and its working well.

I cant see the phpinfo at demo.limesurvey.org ( demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=admin/gl...tings&sa=showphpinfo )

any suggestion/ help?

just now i got a page with this:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Well, this seems to be rather a problem with the server, than with Limesurvey itself. I would get in touch with the server administrator.

Blank page sounds like missing memory allocation or too short run time for PHP scripts. Those would be my first guesses.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

i am with this memory:

max_input_vars 3000 3000
memory_limit 256M

should the memory be higher?

the demo url is

is this importante?

256M sounds good. Should be enough. Input vars seems good to me as well (not a server expert though).

What about the execution time of php scripts?

Maybe use the debug mode (see application/config/config.php)
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

I updated to 2.05+ Build 150413 and now its ok :)
