I realized while developping a survey that Multiple Numerical questions serve answers through dropdown lists. That's not very handy I think, unless you only work on small scales (e.g. 1 to 10).
Have I missed a parameter there that would allow me have "opened numerical fields"?
For the time being I have worked around it by using Multiple Texts with the "Numbers Only" option - but that's counter intuitive and does not provide a lot of tuning (min, max values, etc.)
Multiple numerical questions use input text by default ?
Only "array numbers" use dropdown by default, but this can be replaced in advanced settings of the question.

You're right Denis, it is Array Numbers I was talking about.
Yet I have not found where in advanced settings I could change that - could you please point that out to me?
BUT : you find a complete demo survey with 2 language and all question type with attribute in demo directory. Please : use and try it ....

Ok, thanks for that Denis! The demo surveys are also very useful, had never looked at them before! I have used this one which is great:

For the record, if you want open numerical fields (as opposed to dropdwon lists) in an Array Numbers - you need to set the Text Input (in advanced settings > display) to yes,
