2.05 interface problem was created by iscar
2.0 is very ok, 2.05 has problem, not good as 2.0 in IE8 browser.

I don't remind if we support IE8 for admin part.

Admin user can choose another browser.

You can report bug and see what happen.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
