After updating from Version 2.05+ Build 141020 to 2.05+ 150413 every user can see all the surveys.
There is no change in user rights (e.g. super administartor) but the former rules to only see the assigned surveys is ignored.
Is there any confirmation for this?

Why you put other rigths ?

I didn't change any rights.
With Version 2.05+ Build 141020 the user can only see his own surveys (main administration menu).
With Version 2.05+ Build 150413 the user can see and manipulate every other survey as well.
No rights were changed after the user has been created.
User rights are:
lable sets
design templates
panel access
surveys
(translated from german, sorry)

The same database is used. I can reproduce this by using different instances of a limesurvey installation.
I can give some screenshots if necessary.

The question is "Why you put other rigth" : you set rigth to:
Survey view/edit/delete ...

If you set Survey view to Yes : the user can view all survey.

Ohhh, I understand.
It worked different the whole time.
Than I have to change the rights for 50+ users. Not amused.
