Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

ja, wir sind etwas empfindlich, was die Sprachdisziplin angeht.

Nun gut.
Natürlich kannst Du das.
Am einfachsten mit Inline-css 
Hier einmal mit 
font-family:Georgia;
font-size: 100px;
color: maroon;
 

Oder Du benutzt das Webdevelopment-Tool des Browsers (F12), um zu untersuchen, welche Klasse(n) hier beteiligt sind.
Dies ist sowieso das Mittel der Wahl, wenn es um stylistische Änderungen geht.
Dann siehst Du dies:
 
Es scheint also die Klasse "survey-name" zu sein. "text-center" zentriert ja nur, ist also irrelevant.
Zum Testen kannst Du ja einmal in den Quellcode der Willkommensnachricht etwas eintragen wie

<style type="text/css">
.survey-name {
    font-family: Georgia;
    color: red;
    font-size: 200px;
  }
</style>

Und voilá:
 
Scheint also richtig zu sein.

Wenn Du den Umfragetitel jetzt auf jeder Seite anzeigen willst, solltest Du die von Dir gewünschte Definition in die "custom.css" des erweiterten Themes schreiben (ohne die <style>...</style> tags)

Oder Du benutzt doch nur Inline-css, so ein <span style="font-family:Georgia;...">Titel</span> Konstrukt.
