Hallo in die Runde,


meine Version: 3.22.21+200622

Sorry verweg, falls die Frage schon irgendwo behandelt wurde und ich sie nicht gefunden habe.

Ich möchte gerne eine bestehenden (aktuell aktive) Umfrage kopieren. Leider bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Erfolgreich

Datei erfolgreich hochgeladen.
Fehler

Diese Datei ist keine gültige LimeSurvey-Umfrage-XML Datei. Import fehlgeschlagen."


Wo kann das Problem liegen ?
Ich habe keine Administratoren Rechte - vielleicht daran ?

Es gibt mehrere Fehlerquellen für solche Probleme.

Fehler in der Umfrage oder Fehler in LimeSurvey sind vorstellbar.

Anstatt die Befragung zu kopieren, kannst du mal die Befragung exportieren und dann wieder importieren.
Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, eine neue Befragung erstellen und dann Kopieren probieren. Gleicher Fehler? Falls ja, lohnt sich ein Update auf die neuste Version von LS3.

Dieses Problem hatte ich auch genau bei und auch nur bei dieser Version.
Keine Ahnung, wieso.
Ein Update hat es behoben.

Dieses Problem hatte ich auch genau bei und auch nur bei dieser Version.
Keine Ahnung, wieso.

-Fixed issue #16419: Faulty if-condition in export helper (Olle Harstedt)

Was heisst "Ebenso"?

Dass du das gleiche Problem mit der gleichen Version hast?

Dann würde ich einfach mal ein Update ausprobieren. Wenn es dann immer noch besteht, dann müssen wir genauer schauen.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem, mittlerweile funktioniert es aber ohne Probleme. :)
