ist es möglich diese Art von Matrix (s. Foto) bei LimeSurvey zu erstellen? Wenn ja, wie genau geht das?

Naja, Papier ist geduldig; da kann man alles drucken.
Wenn dort schon steht "Bitte, umkreisen Sie die Zahl"

Es geht mit diesem zusätzlichen css.
