Hallo!

Ich habe mir hier nun ein Konto angelegt und einen Administrations-Link kreiert. Dieser wurde auch per E-Mail bestätigt. Wenn ich ihn öffnen möchte, dann scheint aber nur eine Seite mit der Nachricht "This survey does not seem to exist anymore." auf.
Was kann ich tun damit ich zur Anmeldung komme?

Was ist denn bitte ein Administrations-Link? Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass du die SaaS-Version von Limesurvey nutzt, da du von "Konto" sprichst.

Im Normalfall hast du ja einen Link für deine Umfragen, irgendwas wie xyz.limequery.com. Um zum Login für die Administration zu kommen musst du im Normalfall bei Limesurvey /admin/ hinten anhängen, dann kommst du zum Login. Ich nutze die SaaS version nicht, sondern habe es selbst gehostet, sollte aber im Prinzip keinen Unterschied machen.

Das habe ich auch gemacht, also sprich: username.limequery.com/admin/
allerdings erscheint dann eben die Seite mit der Information: "This survey does not seem to exist anymore" und ich komme nicht zum Login.
Die Installation ist auch nicht archiviert, sondern aktiv. Das habe ich schon kontrolliert.

Viel können wir, die wir ja die Community-Edition supporten, auch nicht sagen.
Dazu musst Du Dich schon an LimeSurvey GmbH wenden.

Sicher hat keiner von uns auch eine dort gehostete Edition parallel zu der/den selbst gehosteten.

This sounds like you are trying the wrong link, because it refers to a survey. Under username.limequery.com/admin/ there should be no reference to a survey... that is weird.

Just checked with my account. I created a "survey application" in my Limesurvey User profile. At the end, I see this:



When I click on the link provided it guides me to the login page for my installation of LImesurvey.

Okay,
and entering your example link (with placeholder "username") I see this page


while when I guess a username, the login page appeared.

So it seems to be obvious that something is wrong with the link.

but if I click on the link, it doesn't work. I don't get to the Log-in page.

Clear your cache, reload the page, because for me it works perfectly fine. There is nothing wrong with the link, as far as I can tell. Must be something on your side.
