Hallo! Ich habe in der letzten Nacht 3 Mails mit der Fehlermeldung "Fehler beim Speichern der Ergebnisse" bekommen und mache mir nur Sorgen. Am Ende der Mail steht "Fehlermeldung: " aber nichts dahinter. Kann mir jemand sagen, was genau das Problem ist und wie ich es lösen kann? Viele Grüße, Johanna

Normalerweise sollten in der Mail aber einige Daten stehen. Bei Dir auch?

Falls ja, kannst Du ja überprüfen, ob diese Daten in der Antwort-Tabelle vorhanden sind.

Ja, da steht immer entweder: "Windows 7 x64 SP1" oder "0". Im exportierten Datensatz habe ich die Daten aber nicht. Könnte das ein Bot gewesen sein? Und falls ja, was ist der Zweck von sowas?

bei mir standen dort wenigstens einige Daten, so in der Form:
232123X234X32167: 3 (also der normals SGQA-Code der Frage und die gegebene Antwort)

Was mich sehr wundert, ist das "Windows 7...". Das hat ja eigentlich mit LS überhaupt nichts zu tun.

Schick doch einfach einmal eine solche Fehlermeldung.
Vielleicht kann ja jemand anders hier etwas dazu sagen.

also auf den ersten Blick sieht es doch sehr nach einem Bot aus.
Das zeigt das "Vollknallen" aller Eingabefelder mit einem Wert, insbesondere wohl auch alle "Sonstigen"-Felder.
Und dann haben wir die allererste Anweisung: "SET lastpage=-1". Dies bekommst Du, wenn jemand die Umfrage aufmacht und gleich auf der Eingangsseite den Browser schließt.
Das wäre ein zweites Anzeichen dafür; es hat niemand geklickt.

Hast Du denn weitere Fehlermeldungen bekommen? Wenn nicht, kannst Du es wirklich ignorieren.

Es gibt übrigens noch eine kleine Möglichkeit, Bots zu erkennen.
Lege eine Frage vom Typ "Kurzer freier Text" an mit einer Vorgabeantwort "https://" und verstecke sie mit der css-Klasse "hidden".
Bots füllen solche Felder mit Freuden aus. Wenn dort also etwas steht, war es kein normaler Respondent.
Aber für diese Studie ist es dazu ja zu spät. Sie läuft ja schon.

Danke für die Infos! Was ist denn das Ziel solcher Bot-Angriffe? Ich bekomme nun leider etwa 5 solcher Mails am Tag. Das ist etwas nervig, aber sofern es meine Studie nicht gefährdet grad noch tolerierbar..

Bots können also mehr oder weniger alles, was Du auch mit der Hand machen kannst, nur schneller.

Wenn Du das Forum etwas verfolgt hast, wirst Du gesehen haben, dass auch hier bisweilen ein Bot sein Unwesen zu treiben scheint. Eigentlich immer leicht erkennbar, da oft Texte aus vorherigen Beiträgen teilweise kopiert und eingetragen werden - so ähnlich ist es ja auch bei Dir ("Windows 7...").

Viele sind darauf getrimmt, Formulare, insbesondere Registrierungsformulare auszufüllen. Möglicherweise um auch auf diese Weise wieder an Adressen zu kommen, die man dann zuspammen kann.
Und in der heutigen Zeit, wo nahezu jeder seine eigenen Befindlichkeiten logorrhoeartig irgendwie verbreiten zu müssen glaubt und dann auch noch erwartet, dass diese Ergüsse "geliket" werden, ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass zum "Liken", "Klicks, Follower, Freunde erzeugen", usw. eben Roboter eingesetzt werden.

Da ich annehme, dass in Deiner Studie eine Teilnehmertabelle vorhanden ist (der Kreis der Befragten ist ja sehr speziell und auch überschaubar), so wirst Du spätestens, wenn Du Erinnerungen versendet und einige Teilnehmer "empört" reagieren ("Aber ich habe doch schon ausgefüllt"), wissen, dass es eben doch ein LS-Problem war.
Daher würde ich dies auch in der Erinnerungs-Mail so formulieren ("Falls Sie den Fragebogen bereits ausgefüllt haben, melden Sie sich bitte") oder irgendwie so ähnlich, und sie dann bitten, es noch einmal zu tun.

Was mir da ein wenig Sorgen bereitet ist die Aussage, dass Bots "den Inhalt der Seiten auswerten" und "Sammeln von E-Mail-Adressen [...] das massenhafte unautorisierte Kopieren von Webinhalten" oder sogar "Einbruch in den Server" bewerkstleligen können. Das wäre Datenschutz-mäßig natürlich problematisch. Ist es möglich, dass "mein Bot" ein Spionage-Bot ist, oder spricht etwas an seiner Art und Weise dagegen?

Webseiten sind ja reiner Text, der vom Browser interpretiert und dann dargestellt wird.

Du siehst, dass die Telefonnummer im Klartext dort steht, die E-Mail-Adresse aber verschlüsselt. Damit der Bot diese eben nicht lesen kann.

Und was das Kopieren von Webinhalten angeht: Natürlich kann ich diesen Code kopieren und in meiner eigenen Seite verwenden, oder nur um zu Gucken, wie es andere gelöst haben. Das mache ich auch.

Aber das hat nichts mit den Daten zu tun. Diese liegen ja sicher verwahrt in der Datenbank. Wenn hier nicht wirklich schlampig programmiert wurde, passiert da nichts.

ich wollte nur berichten, dass ich das gleiche Phänomen habe. Bei einer laufenden Umfrage kommt immer mal wieder (heute 3 innerhalb 1,5 Stunden, sonst Tage Ruhe, oder mal eine) diese Fehlermeldungen. Ich nutze keine Zugangsschlüssel! Dennoch kommt: "Beim Speichern Ihrer Fragebogen-Zugangsschlüssel ist ein Fehler aufgetreten." Gefüllt werden die Input-Felder auch mit 0 oder "Windows 7 x64 SP1".

Ich denke auch an einen Bot, der alles "ausfüllt" und die SQL-Speicherung gibt dann einen Fehler aus, weil er versucht String in Felder einzutragen, in denen nur Zahlen erlaubt sind.
Laut IP-Adressen [ja, die Nutzer werden in der Datenschutzerklärung darauf hingewiesen, die Auswertung der IP erfolgt nur bei Unregelmäßigkeiten, was hier vorliegt] sind diese aus verschiedenen Ländern, wobei die Nationalität der Browser nicht mit denen der IP übereinstimmen. Es werden unterschiedliche Endgeräte genutzt/simuliert.


Vielleicht hat es ein Bot ja auf limesurvey-Installationen gezielt abgesehen. Wenn bei mir mehr auftaucht, werde ich nochmal berichten.
