Limesurvey's global general settings allows an offset of hours from the server's timezone (set in php.ini). But i work across timezones which can have different summer time date changes. So it gets very confusing to manage the times when a survey opens or closes. Suggestion:
instead of hours (or as well as hours) could the global general settings specify a base timezone?
could each user or user group have their own timezone, so different user accounts could manage surveys for different timezones?
