It is nice that these messages comes up automatically when the survey is anonymised.  But they're just words!  It looks as though anyone could have written them.  They would be much more persuasive and official if you were to put your logo and "LimeSurvey autogenerated message" or somesuch beforehand.  Or just the logo. 
 

Usually you can hide this message in "Theme Options."
Better to use the "Data Policy settings".
Here you display your own text, with your own logo or whatever.


But as you work on an university installation with a customized theme of the university, you might have no rights to change something.
