admintheme import export feature

as administrator user, having «Templates» permission, I would like to push a «import» button to upload a zip file inside upload/admintheme directory.

Would be great having an import button while being inside admin/themeoptions#adminthemes page.

This feature is useful for installations without any ftp/ssh support, like container images on clouds.
Avoids the urge to deploy just to themeadmin updating necessity.

While the survey's online theme editor is very useful and important, I don’t think so for administration theme. You don’t need to edit backend interface design «every day» you have a new survey.

So that a fast way to upload edits is enough effort and value to me.

NOTE: the feature request page you linked is describing things not existing in the feature tracker.
I can only see the page bugs.limesurvey.org/view_all_bug_page.php filtered on «feature request» tracker.
No way to vote, no way to see most wanted features.
