replace cookies with GET / POST parameters was created by gtardy

It would be nice to offer an option that replaces cookies with URL query GET parameters (when in an iframe, these won't be seen by the user anyway) and a form's POST parameters.

It's not a LimeSurvey task,

It's a server task : www.php.net/manual/en/session.configurat...ession.use-trans-sid
