The ListQuestions view is useful for deleting multiple questions at once, setting multiple questions as mandatory, show 'Other' on multiple questions, etc. But currently (v3.15.1) I can't find any direct link or button to go to that view. The view is only shown after deleting a question. To go to that view, you either create and delete a question or use this method , which is not intuitive at all.

This useful feature shouldn't be hidden away. Why not display a button beside the "Edit current question group" to go to that view?

I see. But I still think it would be more intuitive to have a button that can jump to that view when viewing a question group under 'Structure' tab. I think it's more logical that way because I expect 'Structure' tab is for editing individual question and group, while 'Settings' tab is to configure the overall survey presentation.
