Limesurvey doesn't have a "page" concept, which I think is one of the major flaws of survey layout with Limesurvey. You can "abuse" question groups to work as pages through the group-by-group mode. But this means that you can't use the question groups for logical grouping rather than visual grouping into pages anymore.
Beside a optical grouping of questions a logical grouping makes sense.
Let's collect some ideas before submitting a feature request.
Also the use of the index (Full or Incremental) has to be revisited so there is place for subitems - especially for small devices a long indexlist is problematic.
