There are a couple of issues with your post, which will prevent from being able to help you.
1. Instead of answering the standard questions when starting a new post, you copied them 4x but did not answer them once.

From your initial screenshot, I can assume that you are on the hosted Limesurvey instance (SaaS), so you most probably are on a fairly recent 6.x version of LImesurvey. But these are assumptions. It is best to tell us what version you use.
2. There seem to be several attachements that can't be found. Maybe there is valuable information in it for this case? I don't know.
3. You did not mention where this old version comes from. What version of Limesurvey, which format? I assume LSS?
But you are a paying customer of Limesurvey Pro Hosting, so you can also open a support ticket with them. Because if this is a server issue, there is very little we can help with.
But based on the description of the issue (or the lack thereof) it is difficult to even evaluate where to start troubleshooting.
Ideally you post the LSS of the old survey that you imported, so we can do the same and see if we can reproduce the issue.
