code instead of value in the database colum

i have an array question ( attached screenshot), when i look at the table in the database for the response i see unreadable codes instead of readable values. i usually build my own reprots against the database but this is the first time i see this behavior from the columns. 
do you know how i can decode those values to a readable formate? see attached screenshot for how they show up in the database..

How do these responses look like, when you look at them in the limesurvey response table? How do they look like when you export them to CSV?

Is this question?survey encrypted?

Seems you encrypt data.

If you encrypt : it's crypted in DB
