Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: [see right hand bottom of your LimeSurvey admin screen]
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting:
Survey theme/template:
==================
In an open access interview, when they answer and stop answering a question, what can I do so that this interview is saved with the results obtained? I have the option to exit and delete the response, but I would not want to delete them, I just want to exit and save the results up to where they have responded to me.

Please, do not double post at the same time.
You asked this in the Spanish part.
It is really annoying for us volunteers - after struggling to find a solution - to notice that there already was an answer in another part.

It eas not

But it could have been that one of us answers in one language and another one in the other language.

Well, solution
Remove this link on the respective "twig" file.

Maybe you can set it in the "theme options", but depends on your used theme

Unfortunately you didn't answer the questions at the beginning, neither here nor in the Spanish part

I see,

The version of lime suervey is 6.5.13+240617
It is its own server
The survey theme or template is: fruity

I can remove the exit and delete responses button, but at some point in the interview I do need to exit if they no longer want to respond to me, but I don't want to delete the responses, that's what I can't solve, for that reason I turn to you.

Why can't you remove it?
Don't you have rights to change the theme?

If the respondent clicks this link he explicitly wants to delete/remove his responses.

Otherwise - the usual way - the respondent just closes the  browser.
And this way the given responses are stored.

Limesurvey saves responses with each step. Whenever respondents click on the next button, their responses so far are saved to the database. So if you use question by question or group by group mode, Limesurvey does already what you want. You can find the partially completed surveys and you can download them.

If you have all questions in one screen, then there is no way to have access to these responses, as they haven't been saved to the database up to the point where they click the submit button.

So if your survey is presented "question by question" or "group by group" and you remove the option for respondents to "exit and delete", they can close the browser window and leave this way, Their responses up to the previous "page" of the questionnaire are stored in the database.
