I notice issues with exported sav and sps files when users put (’) u+2019 in their forms. Jamovi, pspp and some libs couldn't open this files.
It can be solve by replacing ’ by ' u+0027 during a export/import of the survey. I don't check how do you generate spss files, using an external lib maybe ? If so this issue could be also submit to the lib dev.
