You will need to replace the API key with the key that Tiny MCE gives you.

Why not ask them?

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Yes, the API key has nothing to do with LimeSurvey - how would we be expected to know?

Ofc, but I thought you maybe helped others who'd used the TINY plug-in. It was a long shot, but I thought it was worth asking, as you guys know so much!
