Our Survey partcipants asked for a way to format the text in some of the 'List with Comment' questions, so someone on this forum suggested we use TINY MCE, which we've done.
I've put the code into the question, and when you preview the question, if works perfectly.
HOWEVER, when you preview the Question Group, the Comment Box has disappeared.  Strangely, the very last question has the comment box, but all the other questions with comments don't.

Can anyone help, please?

I only can reproduce this if I insert the "tinymce.js" more than once.

If you insert it only once you get this in an activated survey
