I am trying to understand why some special character are being "escaped" in the User Role view.
As far as I can tell, this issue only happens in this view. I've saved ' and " in User Groups and Survey Questions and they remain symbols, as they should.
First, I put a ' in the description, (image 001.png)
then I save it and it appears as ' (image 002.png)
Sure enough, when I go to the description, it's the escaped ' code that appears, (image 003.png)
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
